    No. Our service is free for clients. We are paid by lenders through commission, not by you. 

  • How long does the loan approval process take?

    It depends on the lender and your circumstances, but conditional approval can often be obtained within a few days. 

  • Can you review my current home loan?

    Yes. We offer free home loan health checks to make sure you’re still on a competitive rate and loan structure. 

  • Do you only help with home loans?

    No. We also assist with investment loans, refinancing, SMSF loans, business lending, personal loans, and car or asset finance. 

  • What ongoing support do you provide?

    Through our Client Care Program, we continue to support you after settlement with reviews, updates, and guidance.

  • I’m self-employed. Can I still qualify for a loan?

  • Do you assist with refinancing?

  • Do you only work with Sunshine Coast clients?

    No. While many of our clients are local, we can assist borrowers across Australia via phone, email, and online meetings. 

  • Can you meet clients face-to-face?

    Yes. We’re happy to meet in person around the Sunshine Coast region or arrange online consultations for clients further away. 

  • Are your services available interstate?

    Yes. Our digital process allows us to work with clients anywhere in Australia. 

  • How can I book an appointment?
